Vegetables Chaupitas with Cilantro Rice

Chaupitas: Oil 2 tbsp Crushed garlic 2tbs Celery 1/2 tbsp Fn.ch.onion 3tbsp Zucchini cube cut 1/4 cup Broccoli florets 1/2 cup Baby corn 1/2 cup Dice cut bell paper1/2cup Dice cut onion 1/4 cup Black paper 1/4 tsp Chilly flakes 1tsp Oregano 1tsp Salt to taste Red hot sauce 2 cup White sauce 1/2 cup Fresh cream 1/4 cup Fn.ch.parsley 1tbsp Fn.ch.basil 1 tbsp Grated cheese 2 tbsp Capsico sauce 3 to 4 drops Resham pata paste (opt.) For colour 1tsp Cube cut paneer pieces 8 to 10 pieces Sugar to taste. Method: 1. Heat oil and add garlic celery, onion and saute it till it gets light brown then add broccoli,babycorn; zucchini,bell pepper and onion and saute it. After that add black pepper, chilly flakes, oregano and salt it for 1 min. 2. Now add red hot sauce, white sauce and fresh creme and mix it all ingredients properly and cook it for 2 to 3 min..After that add parsley, basil, grated cheese, capsicum
